Beacon rates:        MINIMUM 45secs         PREFERRED 60secs

Voice repeater wise the main ones are 146.950 and 438.050 (both on Mt
Ginini and the UHF one needs a 123 hz tone) and IRLP nodes 6336 on
146.725 (general coverage) and 6110 on 439.000 simplex (Tuggeranong
only at the moment)
