[OZAPRS] PCSAT alive and well

G'day Richard & Grp...

Nothing special! Just a 1/4 wave whip! The one I made it to ZL3TY/4DK two
weeks ago! 

Was using tracking with instanttrak (RAFT) but thought best just to have a
fixed freq instead (FT-847)as the times for the "others" didn't match!

This is in between 10m & 6m dxing!
