[OZAPRS] Warrnambool APRS

HI All,

Can someone tell me has Warrnambool  (VK3) changed over to the national 
frequency for APRS as yet, I was on 144.900.  I was there a few weeks 
back and nothing was appearing on the screen which I thought was 
strange. Or maybe they are too far away from Mt William in the Grampians 
which is still on 144.900
