Google for RAFT OPS and  you will go right to it.  Lots of fun
if  you have a good beam antenna for VHF.
Both RAFT and ANDE APRS satellites will do packet-to-voice.
RAFT is under full user control but hard to hear, and ANDE is
stronger, but takes a local SYSOP to activate it on each pass.
