[OZAPRS] Elcom USB uTNT Plus

Is anybody using one of these devices?  I have great difficulty with
George's
support arrangements  for the TNC (though very happy with him otherwise).
Particularly interested in overcoming the two character limitation on
State(n-n)
and firmware and software updates (if any).  The State(n-n) limitation was
raised on the Yahoo user site some time ago but I can't find a resolution.
I
want to use my uTNC as a mobile digi for a statewide event where we will
be
using TAS.
