[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS News Update

Gday,

 

The data packet corruption issue in Gippsland has be fixed after it was
tracked down to an issue with the local RX IGate.

The RX IGate has been running flawlessly for a long time however it
appeared
to develop a small buffer problem which has now been rectified.

 

VK3RGI-1 digi was turned back on with the rectification of the RX IGate
issue.

 

IGate traffic from VK3SB-1 is now flowing again as Hamish has finished his
house renovations which included some mains power re-wiring.

Thank you Hamish for providing the VK3 TX IGate service.

 

>From VK3SB-1 beacon comments I think Hamish's radios may now be running
from
Wind Power.
