Hi Mike, you will also need to program the 82S23 proms, I don't have a
programmer but I do have a manual that gives you the prom data vs
frequency info.

Has anyone here modified a Plessey MTR 7000 for 70cm. Any information
appreciated but hopefully its just a case of changing the crystals and
retuning.
