[OZAPRS] VK3TBN-10 70 CM IGATE is now back on the air

Hi there, numbers are very low, which is a shame. I try to run  different
servce on 70 cm to utilse the features of the d700/d7, by having the whole
of oz +zl gated, an info kioskstore and forward switch, plus dx cluster.
Would be lucky to have 3 users a month. Even offered to goto 9600 bd to
experement but not one reply. Works well Mobile when the oher digi is up
as well. the flip side is its nice and quiet, I run the content that I
want ( or any anybody else wants)... In essence its a sandbox where you
can experement and not impact the 2 meter sytem and disturb others.
