[OZAPRS] Need some programming advice

Visual Basic lets you create shapes at will... In fact I have managed to
create new forms programmatically at will... Very powerful language is our
Visual Basic.

If you haven't tried Borland Delphi yet, it may be worth your while.

Several flavours. My favourite interface for creating software
applications.
