[OZAPRS] XASTIR help needed

configure:16454: checking for WriteImage in -lMagick
configure:16516: result: yes

My laptop says no

I have imagemagick installed - all I can find about imagemagick i have
installed.

It even matches a second machine here that has imagemagick support in
xastir.

And yes configure wont find it.

Annoying - glider test tomorrow
