[OZAPRS] Paper review request

I have just finished a paper for the TAPR/ARRL DCC in September. I would
like some people to read through it today and let me know of any comments.
The paper involves

* Using the APRS data stream to plot repeater coverage maps
* Using APRS to assist with the development of algorithms for indoor
tracking.

If you would like to review this please send me an email today. I need to
get this in ASAP. It should have been in already, but I have until Monday.
