[OZAPRS] Australian Stations Wanting an 8W version of ByonicsMicro-trak 8000 on 145.175 MHz

ANdrew and team,

Would be interested in 8W version as well, but am concerned about the 
Collision Detect issues as outlined by VK2IO. Otherwise looks great!
