[OZAPRS] Brisbane APRS on VHF

Last night I had the occasion to listen on VHF APRS in Brisbane.

There was packet traffic being re-sent by VK4OG, transmissions with excess
50 Hz hum and even one with little of no modulation.

One station has a txdelay of about a day....

Come on guys, tidy up your act please !
