[OZAPRS] VK3MY-4 again received in Europe Re: HF Configuration.

on 6.April  at 20:30 utc I was again able to decode VK4MY-4 here in OE on 
10MHz using an FD4 and a SCS DSP-TNC connected to UIView32.
see the log in DB0ANF:
