[OZAPRS] HF modulation techniques

Be aware that the SCS DSP tracker has USB interface and does have 
limitations working with older Packet Software. It also has NO
PMS/mailbox. 
Also many of the older TNC2 type command parameters are not in the unit.
The supplied TRCONFIG software is very good for setting up your APRS 
parameters.
