How come you want to run a TNC mobile ?

Why not just use a tinytrack or opentracker ?

Bob
Further to Ben's comments - the USB micro TNC, Digi and Tracker has lots
of
potential, is a very neat little unit but the supply and support
arrangements
are absolute crap (support via Yahoo group "musbtnt"). It sounds as if
you
are
not familiar with it? Built and sold by AGWPE, AGWTracker etc Ioannis
Mourtsiadis / Elcom Research. http://www.elcom.gr/

It's a great pity that there is so much dissatisfaction around it. I
notice
it
can now be purchased from http://thedigitalham.com/store/ so maybe this
will
overcome the supply ex. Greece problems.

I guess the support issues are a result of the one man? nature of the
business.
Seems odd that the apparently almost universally standard AGWPE comes from
the
same stable.

Someone suggested trying to overcome the SS limitation via terminal
access,
but
if there is a way I can't find it.

Hi Bob

We are talking about a USB TNC from Greece here and the support and
getting the TNCs from there is some what slow if you receive it at all.
Getting problems fixed is a nightmare.

thanks

intended to be restrictive to only 2 bytes. Many state communications
areas
are
broken up into smaller regions... Such as MDC for Maryland DC. And EPA
for
Eastern PA, and SOCAL for southern california.
