[OZAPRS] Small mobile TNC

Thanks Ben. Unfortunately I tried to buy one of these already but I've
given up on it ever showing up. After two months of promises but no
actual help from Elcom I've got nowhere and have had to kiss my money
goodbye.

So I'd prefer to give my money to a different supplier next time...
