  Andrew,
I use an old RFDS tapped whip and used the alfoil trick to
get it from 9.995MHZ to 10.1476MHZ. It also has a single turn of copper
wire just above the 6.9MHZ tap to get it to 7.060MHZ

Worked a beauty and still does. I have been to the Gulf of Carpentaria
twice using this antenna and will be traveling down to NSW over Easter as
VK4VP-15 using this antenna and an old Barrett SB220 on 10 megs.

Regards

Gordon VK4VP
