Hi Damien,

I'm the WICEN Commander for the rally.

Its held in the Yarra Glen, Toolangi, Healesville, Marysville, 
Warburton area. Think "Outer East". Most of the roads are 2wd, but at 
least they're not bitument like some rallies :-)
