Dave,

The Deviation Digi is provided by VK3XDE it's primary purpose is for WICEN
Vic though others can use it.

Melbourne stations, please reframe from using the Deviation meter in times
of WICEN events such as the Rally of Melbourne on the 23rd & 24th of
September.

The instructions for it's use were curtsey of an old WICEN Vic news
letter.
