[OZAPRS] Frequency Chageover

Hows the changeover progressing?  No new Victorian stations visible on the

maps here yet.  I'd've thought a one of the better sited digis would be  
heard by our Mt Barrow digi here, as I've personally worked Victoria  
mountain top to mountain top from there.  Maybe it'll just be propagation

dependant.
