[OZAPRS] Oziaprs help

I have been running UiView with connection to APRServer  running ok but
cannot get a connection to Oziaprs to  pass data to Ozi Explorer  
No data shows on Oziaprs I have set mine up similar to another station
that is running ok 
Has anyone any pointers to check 
Windows XP has recent;ly been reinstalled in this computer so there will
be no conflicting prpgrams
