[OZAPRS] OT: Adsl in springvale, vic?

Howdy Folks,

Sorry, for the off-topic question, but I figured that folks on here would
probably be the best to ask since there's plenty of Melbourneites on the
list :)..

Since I'm no long working, and my webhosting business is well and truly
covering all my bills, I don't really have anything actually keeping me in
Canberra, so I'm considering shifting back to Melbourne, where all my
family
and friends are.  Wondering if anyone knows what ADSL coverage is like in
Springvale South (more importantly, would I be able to get iiNet
(preferrably on an iinet dslam?)) ? (that's kinda the kicker, gotta get my
class C subnet re-routed to melbourne, so that'd be a fun race down with
15
servers in the back of the hilux, as sooon as the routing changed over....

Or alternatively, does anyone know if optus cable do business connections
and route subnets?
