[OZAPRS] Darwin HF Gate

Alan VK8ZAB has kindly installed and is testing his APRS 30mtr Gate in
Darwin.

Alan said the Gate is RX Only and he will run the Gate for the duration of
Mike's outback trip. He's already decoding VK3MY-4 and VK5AH-4 on a
regular basis.

I'd like to thank Alan for his ongoing participation with APRS in the top
end.
