[OZAPRS] aprs.net down?

The IRLP reflector and the APRS server are not on the same box - the
public
IP's are different by 1 digit  :-)

Both first and second.aprs.net.au are up and running quite happily at the
moment, but the IRLP reflector is physically not in the rack at the
moment,
since it is undergoing major surgery to hopefully resolve the cause of
constant kernel panics.

The Sydney IRLP reflector 9500 was down for a rebuild during the period
aprs.net.au
was down.  Not 100% sure they are the same box, but they do have the same
public IP.
