[OZAPRS] Decoding HF APRS

[Norm, VK2XCI]

As I found with my FT-107, frequency accuracy and stability are 
absobloodylutely critical. It is the Achilles Heel of HF APRS

Try resolving one of the other HF stations (what software?) and you'll 
probably find that VK3MY is unresolvable and all the others are!!
