[OZAPRS] APRS newbie, equipment recommendations

I tried the http://131.122.80.201/~bruninga/D7points.html as well and it 
times out as did the other url. I dont think that I have any problems with

any other url's that I know of. Could be something to do with my isp or
some 
such similar ???
