[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS News.....

Hi Richard,
All understood, still it'll be nice to have some flood alias set so that  
any local nets can use it?  I believe the guys in southern NSW and ACT are

using SENSW, something along those lines maybe?

Who's developing the new standard, I wonder.
