[OZAPRS] Current thinking on GPS engine and sources...

The current pick of chipsets are SiRF III, and uBlox Antaris 4/5 chipsets.
The latter are the best, but the SiRF III's are amazing. I tend to build
regulators for a 5V GPS into a DB9 backshell.

I am using a couple of Garmin GPS35hv, these have 12-24 volt input for
voltage and the NMEA string out, easy programming software. Easy to mount
( magbase ). Plenty of info on the net on these also. Good product.
