[OZAPRS] Maxon DM-2550 Carrier Detect out?

I have also heard and seen that some of the Maxon units, do not have
sufficient output to reliably drive the CD on the Tiny Tracks and other
similar units. A simple pre amp from Jaycar shoehorned in usually fixes
the problem.
