[OZAPRS] KPC3

Hi Guys, I have a Kantronics KPC3 not plus, version 6.0 that I aquired,
can I use this as an APRS tracker ? can it handle the NMEA at 4800 etc ?
info on the non plus seems a bit scetchy on the net, im currently running
a tiny track2, which works just fine but am looking at building a second
unit based on the KPC3 just for the sake of it, Any thoughts ?
