Hi Terry
I have been planning a 20M APRS test. Looking at the daytime
propagation predictions 20M should give us the best day time TransTasman
path. Looking at the ZL Data allocation it is 14.070-14.112 does this
match VK? I would expect it does. Just nominate a frequency and your tone
frequencies and I am very happy to switch over my gate just need a days
notice to make the switch.

Subject: [OZAPRS] 20 metre Igate?
Greetings all,
Is anyone presently running an Igate on 20 metres please, and if so what
frequency?
Late next month I will be making a "significant" trip which would
justify HF APRS. However at the same time I need to keep in touch with
a friend in New Zealand who acts as "Mission Control" for such
expeditions.
The catch is that 30 metres is not available for phone operation on New
Zealand, so I need to change antenna's between 20 & 30 metres for each
operation. This is not always an option when I need to cover 2000 km in
two days and the wheels need to keep turning.
Hence my question...
Thanks in advance,
73
Terry
