[OZAPRS] AX25 under Debian sending non APRS packets

Hi Craig
It appears that 192.168.1.1 is sending a broadcast (assuming the net mask
is
255.255.255.0). If you can capture the data in the UDP frame (say with TCP
chat) then you can see what the cause is. Depending on what the routes on
the box are, this could be due to other interfaces (ethernet etc) on the
box
needing data eg anything from address resolution, SNMP even possibly DHCP
etc etc

Regarding the other problem of needing to be root. This is most likely a
permissions problem with the dev files. Make sure that whatever user is
going to run the AX25 has read/write permissions for the ax0 device.
