[OZAPRS] VK2SX ?

I noticed this station this morning Tony.

 

His path is incorrect for HF and his beacon rate is way too high. It looks
like it's set to between 30 seconds and 1 minute from the data.

 

If anyone knows VK2SX could they point him to the APRS HF guide at
http://www.aprs.net.au/hf_aprs_information.htm It may help him.
