[OZAPRS] HF APRS

Gday Colin and all,

Looks like there will be a few People running HF Igates for a while. It'll

be interesting to see how things go. Ill be listening on the 30m APRS 
frequency whilst mobile from time to time , possibly make the occasional 
voice call..
