[OZAPRS] Emergency Beacon received

Hi Howard,

Didn't think to do that, but followed your suggestion and found that
everything is ok with George (VK3HV). He was very appreciative that the
beacon was followed up. It appears as if it was sent in error or there was
a
problem in a mic-e packet.
