I should build myself a tiny tracker and go aprs aviation mobile.

I have had voice QSOs in a glider and in the Jabiru. Even one via IRLP
which
was fun.

Just park the glider in a thermal and talk away.

BTW modern ultralights are pretty sleak looking aircraft these days.
They even cruise faster than some of the coke can bug smashers.
