[OZAPRS] Aprs Port for RF to Internet only?

Is there an APRS port on an internet server for RF to Internet only. I m
running UIview at home, in Habana near Mackay, but I notice if I run as an
IGate it wastes a lot of my ISPs download limit (I'm on DSL with a 1GB
download limit). I have no limit on uploads. I have set UIfilter to
receive nothing from the internet. I think it might still download the
data as far as my ISP is concerned even if it is filtered out and not
displayed? Any experience with this?
