[OZAPRS] Barossa Digi change

Just for info the Barossa digi formerly VK5BRC-7 (Digi_Ned) is now
VK5BRC-1
running Ui-Digi . This makes the whole Adelaide area network now Ui-Digis
.
The satellite tracking facilities and special messaging features that we
had
under Digi_ned are no longer available.

Thanks to the Barossa Amateur radio club for their continued support and
assistance keeping this digi going up there .
