[OZAPRS] Resource audit oz aprs

G'day Andrew and others,

VK5ATN operates 24 / 7 these days on 145.175 Mhz using a 'straight' TNC
with "relay" as the alias.

The station is located 95 Km north of Adelaide and has an effective
operating radius to the North, South, and West of up to 80+ km.   

It's mostly for my own activities, but it's also nice to see it being used
by others. 

Please feel free to include it in the list if you wish.
