[OZAPRS] Resource audit oz aprs

QLD you can add 145.175MHz - VK4BS-1 APRS DIGI 1200 Baud inet gate
Kuranda.
It is in test at the moment and will go full time once a new antenna is
installed. Same location is a WX APRS site and IRLP node.
