[OZAPRS] APRSD Filter logons How ?

Tony,

There was some discussion on this a while ago, and I think the outcome was
that the filter string was hard coded into the aprsd source per igate.
The standard aprsd filtering strings are incompatible with the javAPRSsrvr
filter, and I'm not sure if any work was being done to support them.
Perhaps Hamish knows?
