[OZAPRS] Anybody seen this out of ui-view ?

Also slow computers (below the Ui-View32 min spec of a P120) may have
buffer 
problems, bringing this error up.

Plus the HSP switch (or similar) for sharing a GPS on a single com port 
cause this error occasionally.
