[OZAPRS] APRS and street level mapping

Andrew,

The APRS specification supports NEMA mode as well, so almost any of the
aprs clients will accept a native NEMA string and process as it would
for the more usual aprs position format.

I wrote my Windows Mobile 2003 gprs client to send (selectable) either
aprs position format or native NEMA. APRSD handles it fine!

Do you want to run the D700 in APRS or Packet mode?

In Packet mode it will pass the NMEA strings to the rs232 port.
UI-View does this already if you need an example.

Cheers
Richard
