Not really waterproof, but really sensitive receiver that will work
through
the windscreen of vehicle etc.
Requires an external 12v to 5v regulator cct to make it run standalone.
Requires TXD / RXD swap over adaptor or rewire new DB9 with appropriate
TXD/RXD config.
Works really quite well when tested with Tiny Trak, D7 , D700 trackers
