[OZAPRS] Web pages down?....

The 202.12 address is not the server - its someones DSL address I suspect.

Its not reachable because its not on!

aprs.net.au is the 203.220.0.74 address.  From what I am seeing here the
problem is a Bigpond one - Optus is working, IINET is working, as are
several
other ISP's I can test from.  

I suggest you contact Tel$tra and complain to them about thier
service.....
The traceroute details may help them, if you can talk to someone locally
who
is TECHNICAL - (i.e. not in the Bombay call center)

Not much more I can do or suggest....   The server I can look after, the
routing to it is way out of my sphere of influence :-)
