[OZAPRS] Web pages down?....

The web pages are defiantely UP, I have no issues getting them from here
this time.  
Looks like there are still some major issues in the Internet routing
between providers though. 

202.12 is a Telstra address range (BigPuddle) - I did see some information
late last week about some network route changes between Telstra and other
providers...  You don't expect them to get it right do you?   ;-) 

Do a "Traceroute" on the address to get an idea where the data is getting
lost...... 
(From windozze the command is   tracert)
