[OZAPRS] second.aprs.net.au outage (planned)

All,

second.aprs.net.au  (T2AUST-2) will be unavailable from this afternoon,
possibly until tomorrow or Thursday, due to a network rebuild here at
work. 
We are physically relocating machines and cabling, however I hope to have
it
back online by tomorrow.

first.aprs.net.au (T2AUST) will not be affected by these changes and will
remain online.
