Please explain which part of "coverage down to HF" makes you think I was
making any comment or implication at all about the quality of its
coverage, especially compared with a top-range transceiver, costing many
times more and with a hundred times the volume ????

In fact it turns out to be a good SSB Receiver which is excellent for
monitoring the quality of your transmissions.

But how well? Do you think they can fit in a decent HF receiver in that
form factor? Decent filters etc take space.

(Just look how big an FT-1000 is, or an IC-7800.)
