[OZAPRS] Make sure you post from a member address

I have just gone through the spam that collect on this list and forwarded
the real messages that are being posted from non member addresses.

Please before posting to OZAPRS, make sure the email address you are using
is a member of the mailing list. This way there will be no problems with
mail appearing to be delayed.
